DESCRIPTION
Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Hints of iodine, balsamic notes, appropriately aromatic and hints of exotic fruit. On the palate it is rich and creamy. Pleasant acidity which enhances a bouquet with notes of fresh flowers which leads back to the balsamic nuances perceived on the nose. Cold maceration on the skins for approximately 24 hours with subsequent soft pressing of the grapes, cleaning of the musts through cold static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Aging partly in steel and partly in 1,000 oak barrels litres. Permanence on the noble lees for 15 months. Ideal with mushroom-based dishes, it goes perfectly with mature cheeses but also first courses with pumpkin and second courses with fish.
