DESCRIPTION
After harvesting, the grapes, separated from the stems, are placed in tanks equipped for red wine making. Immediately, alcoholic fermentation is started. The period of contact between the skins and the liquid is, on average, 10-15 days, depending on the vintage and extraction trend. After that, the wine is left to age for twelve months in oak barrels, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation, and for about six months in the bottle. Vivid ruby red color. Intense and elegant bouquet, in which fruity and vegetal sensations merge. The olfactory range is from red berry fruit such as black cherry, blackberry and black currant, to the vegetal of bell bell pepper. Rich, broad and pleasant palate with a good balance between freshness and smoothness.
