DESCRIPTION
After harvesting, the grapes, separated from the stalks, are placed in tanks equipped for red vinification. Immediately, alcoholic fermentation is started.The period of contact between skins and liquid is, on average, 10-15 days, depending on the vintage and extraction trend. After that, the wine is left to age for twelve months in oak barrels, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation, and for about six months in bottles. Characteristics Intense ruby red color with bright highlights. elegant and complex bouquet with hints of red berries. In the finish there is a hint of cocoa and walnut. structured, soft, full and fruity taste.
