The story

A "family affair", since 1932. Since uncle Arnaldo Benna acquired a historical reality in the Gorizia area, on whose "first stone" the year 1499 appears. Today, the 3 Grossi brothers - Alberto, Francesca and Stefano - take care of the company management, with a renewed sensitivity for the environment. Over the years, Tenuta Villanova has become a point of reference for regional viticulture, with growing exports to English-speaking countries.

The producer

Tenuta Villanova

“Valorizzare ciò che Madre Natura offre” è l’obiettivo di Alberto Grossi che, in Cantina, mira a tutelare la qualità delle uve raccolte, eliminando interventi superflui.

There are 104 hectares of vineyards, SQNPI certified (of which 20 in the Collio); hectares from which approximately 550,000 bottles/year are obtained. The wines have an identity, of great pleasure and immediacy, characterized by a delicate refinement.
