The story

In Località Novali, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, stands our cellar, created from a structure that over the years has had various uses and undergone various expansions. Lastly, Franco wanted to create a new space, dug deep into our hills, where the wine can rest, protected from sudden changes in temperature. The cellar is completely surrounded by our vineyards, as if the vineyards themselves have decided to hold us in a loving embrace so that we can take care of their fruit. Franco is the current owner of the company. Modern-day winemaker, but winemaker of the past. The art of wine and vineyards was handed down to him by his father Mario, who made him learn to love and above all value these places and the wines that they manage to give us. Franco was able to take the company by the hand, transform it and bring it to its current reputation. Today he is helped in this great task by his three daughters, Eva Cristina and Erika, the new generation who will continue the winemaking tradition of the Toros company.
