The story

After an experience lasting several years, as a collaborator of some renowned wine companies, Michele Tomba decides to "rewind the tape", taking over the family business and starting to produce wine independently. Thus, in 2017 the "first vintage" was released with the Bolzicco label - from the maternal surname. Michele completely "revolutionized" the production system of what, until then, was one of the many branches that dot Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where the "house wine" was sold exclusively in bulk.

“Autenticità, in ogni goccia”

The approach to viticulture is traditional and involves around 8 hectares, distributed between the DOC Collio and the DOC Isonzo, from which around 20,000 bottles/year are obtained. Among the rows, the native varieties prevail, such as Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, Ribolla Gialla and Verduzzo, which give 7pic wines, with character, immediately traceable to the vine and the territory they belong to.
