Collio Bianco Preludio 2021
In the 2021 version Preludio Collio DOC is structured, with great acidity and harmonious complexity. Shades of mountain pasture flowers and fruity notes of crunchy apple blend with hints of roasting and marine notes. The tactile progression starts from a well-integrated alcohol to meet a savory freshness that supports a balanced sip with a citrus finish.

The story
Tenuta Della Casa was born at the end of the last century in Novali, in a land of agriculture, wines and borders located between the hills of the Collio Cormonese and the Preval plain. Founded by Umberto Della Casa and Adele Barbieri, now managed by their son Renato, the estate has grown over the years with the aim of preserving the biodiversity that surrounds it and is part of it through the cultivation of native and resistant vines, and to become a point of aggregation by offering hospitality, educational activities and cultural events.
The producer
Tenuta Della Casa
The oenological desire is to produce elegant, refined and authentic wines, capable of faithfully reflecting the territory and "its" fruits, respecting it through great attention to sustainability, in the countryside as in the cellar. The tanks (otherwise called wineskins), all in non-vitrified concrete, represent a decisive distinctive element, not only in the production process but also in the olfactory profile of the individual products.
