The producer
Production focuses on Friulano and Sauvignon Blanc, vinified together as was once customary in the Collio region, with the entire harvest fermented as a single wine: the Collio Bianco “Bon Frut”. In the winery, intervention is kept to a minimum — only stainless steel tanks, with a brief 6-hour maceration on the skins in the press — to allow the terroir to express itself.
