DOC Collio Friulano "Primarùl"
In the Friulian language "Primarûl" means firstborn, progenitor, the first among the first. The first of all: the first grapes to be harvested by founder Daniele Venica and the first must to be vinified by him. Friulano Doc is the most widely consumed white wine in Friuli, first born in the hearts of the people of this land. The "taj di blanc" of the Friulians par excellence. This is the name that Gianni Venica, on the occasion of the winery's 90th anniversary, wanted to wanted to attribute to our Friulano, in honor of the grape variety and grandfather Daniele. Fruity, wildflower notes stand out on the nose and on the finish the typical hint of toasted almond, unique to this grape variety. On the sip the fruity notes given by the Renetta apple return. A wine of body, fresh, characterized by an interesting structure. In the finish one can recognize the bitter almond.
