DOC Collio Ribolla Gialla "L'Adelchi"
In 2007 Gianni Venica dedicated this wine to his father Adelchi. It is a wine of the heart that represents the bond and the passing of the baton, from one generation to the next, of the Venica family. The bouquet, characterized by the scent of wild flowers, is pleasant and delicate. On the nose, the typical notes of Golden apple and Kaiser pear are blend with citrus ones. Great freshness typical of the grape variety and almost brackish savoriness that goes hand in hand with a slight minerality. The citrus notes return that act as a closure together with an elegant acidity.
