The different northern, southern and southeastern exposures of the vineyards give a wide olfactory spectrum. The southern orientation and prolonged afternoon sunlight confer evident warm and fruity notes of yellow peach and melon; while the climates cooler climates give classic and elegant vegetal notes such as the aroma of elderflower elderberry. The palate confirms its elegance. The sip is fresh, rich in sapidity, with interesting floral and fruity hints. Consistent, structured and endowed with good taste-olfactory persistence.
