DOC Friuli Colli Orientali Schioppettino
The aromas of this wine range from berries (wild blackberry, raspberry, blueberry) to sour cherries, spicy notes of black pepper, mint, cocoa, licorice tobacco and vanilla, with varying intensities depending on aging. The palate is dry, soft and round, with good full body. There is a vibrant fresh-sappy vein that supports a tannic mass that is well integrated, velvety and with a pleasant texture. The aromas range from small red and black fruits to spicy notes, with a finish persistent enriched by herbaceous and green pepper flavors.
