DOC Collio Merlot "Perilla"
The bouquet is varied and complex, with aromas of small berries, especially particularly blackberry, nuances of aromatic herbs and hints of spice. Broad, full-bodied, with balanced and elegant tannins as typical of the Merlots of Collio. The discreetly persistent finish gives the palate pleasant hints of red fruits and a light balsamic note.
