DOC Collio Cabernet Franc
The bouquet, overall fruity with notes of small red fruits (blueberries, currants, raspberries), is characterized by the spicy nuances (black pepper, licorice) and herbaceous notes typical of this variety, in particular by the unique notes of arugula, bell bell pepper and mown grass. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and rich, medium alcoholic, tannic and enveloping. A lively freshness is provided especially by the characteristic herbaceous flavor of arugula. As it refines, it gradually loses its acidity and the youthful vegetal component to evolve into balsamic notes and spicy hints. A fair persistence is consistent in flavors with the bouquet perceived on the nose.

Venica&Venica is one of the most renowned white wine companies in the Collio. In fact, most of the hectares of vineyards - around 85% - are "white berry", with the Sauvignon "Ronco delle Cime" among the most awarded ever. Intense wines, with a multifaceted aromatic profile and a fine and recurring flavor, which retain the imprint of the ponca, even after years. Wines that summarize, in their characteristics, the past, present and future of the Venica family.
