An exclusive opportunity to explore Alessandro Pascolo’s Merlot di collina through eight wines: four vintages of Sveva, the Riserva produced only in harvests of the highest potential, and four of Rosso di Ponca. A comparative tasting presented by FVGtasteTrack, designed to discern the nuances of the vintages, trace their evolution, and understand the choices that set the two labels apart. At the heart of it all is time: the guardian and revealer of the elegance, vitality, and depth of this vineyard. Vintages to be tasted: Sveva: 2021, 2020, 2019, 2016. Rosso di Ponca: 2020, 2018, 2013, 2003. *The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of local specialities and will take place in the heated lounge of the Pascolo Winery, in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
