Sauvign Blanc Valbuins
A lively and aromatic white wine that perfectly captures the character of Sauvignon Blanc in the Dolegna del Collio region. In the glass, it appears straw-yellow with greenish highlights; on the nose, it is intense, balsamic, and fragrant, with notes of tomato leaf, white peach, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is direct and dynamic, supported by a lovely savory quality and a long finish, with hints of ripe fruit, citrus, and medicinal herbs. A fresh yet expressive wine, ideal for those seeking a regional Sauvignon that is aromatic and highly drinkable.

Production is around 650,000 bottles/year and is mainly divided into 2 lines: the first, the simplest one, defined as the "Classic Line", involves exclusive vinification in steel while for the "Cru Line" - single vineyards, with limited production - the vinification takes place partly in wood and partly in steel, always with selected yeasts. They are wines which, in their organoleptic characteristics, retain the elegant imprint of the territory: we are in the northernmost part of the Collio, characterized by an exceptional microclimate. Wines of great longevity, to be enjoyed over time.
