Sauvignon Blanc "Valbuins"

Straw-yellow in color, with delicate greenish highlights. On the nose, it offers an intense, balsamic, and aromatic profile, with hints of tomato leaf, white peach, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is lively and direct, with notes of ripe fruit, citrus, and medicinal herbs that lend the wine freshness and character. The savory and very persistent finish underscores its intensity and personality.

Production is around 700,000 bottles per year and is divided—primarily—into two lines: the first, simpler line, known as the “Classic Line,” involves vinification exclusively in stainless steel; the second line is called the “Cru Line”—featuring single vineyards located on the Ruttars hill and limited-production wines—with meticulous, plot-by-plot winemaking that takes place partly in wood and partly in stainless steel, always using selected yeasts. This latter line was created to highlight the exceptional potential of a unique territory like Collio, specifically in one of its most promising areas, characterized by an exceptional microclimate. These wines, in their organoleptic characteristics, preserve the elegant essence of the territory and its history. These are wines with great aging potential, meant to be savored over time.
