Toti Katia

Friulano

This wine is made from 100% Friulano grapes. The name refers to the river that runs alongside the winery. Wine with a color straw yellow. The nose has aromas of blanca fruit and citrus, including peach, pear and light nuances of herbaceousness. In the mouth it is compact, enveloping and smooth, characterized by great freshness and a finish of good persistence that closes on pleasantly savory notes. In Friuli the wine par excellence for aperitifs accompanied with prosciutto

The producer

Toti Katia

In Prepotto, in the heart of the Colli Orientali, an essential and identifiable production takes shape that includes Ribolla Gialla Brut, Friulano, Sauvignon, Merlot and Schioppettino. Each label interprets the Albana terroir through minerality, tension and expressive finesse. The whites ferment and age in cement to preserve aromatic integrity and verticality; the reds rest on the skins for about twenty days and age in French oak, acquiring depth and elegant texture. The production is measured, quality-oriented and stylistically consistent: wines that tell of the border, ponca and light of these hills.
