Malvasia DOC Collio
Made from Istrian Malvasia grapes After careful selection of the grapes, the resulting must is placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to ferment. The conversion of sugar into alcohol is carried out by the yeasts naturally present on the grape skins. The wine is then aged partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak tonneaux for ten months before bottling.
