Dazzling straw-yellow in color with golden highlights. It reveals great aromatic complexity and an intense bouquet dominated by notes of ripe fruit, such as white peach, hints of white pepper, yellow flowers, sage, and chalk; in the background, aromatic herbs and the typical minerality of the Collio region. On the palate, it is dry, moderately smooth, and exceptionally well-balanced; the fruity and aromatic notes are reaffirmed, lending it remarkable flavor and aroma persistence.
