Her eyes light up, clear and blue, as she talks about her work; a job that was not imposed on her but she chose it from the beginning. She is Erika Drius - very young, born in 96' - and together with her brother Denis they represent the 4th generation of a family of farmers, former sharecroppers: the Drius, in fact - also owners of the Cormons winery of the same name, which in 1989 saw "its" first year of bottling. Year zero - as they say - of a company that develops partly on the Collio and partly on the Isonzo side, with 15 hectares of vineyards. A company that operates under an integrated viticulture regime, aware that good wine can only derive from healthy grapes, grown with respect for the environment.
8 "white" and 2 "red" currently, for a total of approximately 55,000 bt/year. Wines that reveal an important and indissoluble bond with family tradition. "Unhurried" wines, suitable for refinement over time «because even wine, like man, needs its time, it must mature in order to express itself at its best.»
